Unable to connect to Wi-Fi calling. When I click on the button, it sends me to the o2 page

Hi

i am new to o2 and want to enable calls over the Wi-Fi. I have followed all the instructions but it sends me to the o2 page. I keep going around in circles.

If it still fails you will have to contact O2 Either on 202 or via Social Media

You need to ask O2 to activate it first (unless you are on the new billing system when you can  turn it on via My O2)

After it;s been activated, you can turn it on your phone

Give O2 a call on  202 or 0344 809 202 (Contract)

In addition to the advice already given here, please note (as you do not say in your post) that WiFi Calling is only available to those on Contract (Pay Monthly) with O2 - if you are an O2 PAYG customer, WiFi Calling and 4G Calling are not available to you @Susi.
