I want to stop o2 sending me text messages while I’m asleep about my bill today it was 2:47am it’s been going on months o2 customer service is useless and treat me like a piece of dirt I’ve had enough I will never buy through o2 ever again because of there lack of customer service

As we are not O2 there is no other advice we can give you.

Due to an elderly mother with lifeline support I have to have it on. I’ve also blocked messages from o2 etc still get woken up.

Fair enough I don’t really understand it but I will not be coming back on hear again so I won’t be upsetting you again. All I was trying to get some help that o2 customer service won’t give I’m going to the ombudsman now they’ve had over 100 days to sort. Bye

@Mark57 You are not upsetting anyone. It is possible with most modern phones to set it up that the only calls and text that wake you at night are from your mother.
If we know the make and model of the phone we may be able to walk you through it
