Why not set your SMS app not to buzz between 10pm and 6am?

Or, if Android, use "Flip to Shhh!" @Mark57

https://support.google.com/pixelphone/thread/263873928/flip-to-shh-keeps-turning-on-without-my-permi...

You could receive a text from anyone at any time of the day - mute any from O2 is another option.

Good luck!

Fair enough I don’t really understand it but I will not be coming back on hear again so I won’t be upsetting you again. All I was trying to get some help that o2 customer service won’t give I’m going to the ombudsman now they’ve had over 100 days to sort. Bye

@Mark57 You are not upsetting anyone. It is possible with most modern phones to set it up that the only calls and text that wake you at night are from your mother.

If we know the make and model of the phone we may be able to walk you through it
