I have joined the 02 service from Virgin media and my number was ported last week.

Why is the 02 number still showing on the iPhone settings?

This did not work.
I had to reset the network settings to resolve this issue.

You need to go in and change number.

Settings >Phone >My Number

Edit, save and reboot phone.
