Solved: Struggling with an O2 Hotspot

Requesting support on how to connect to my O2 Hotspot at my local library. I have done everything that I would normally do when connecting to WiFi at any other location and it is not working. Keep getting the 'unable to connect to this network' message.

Library staff have gone through the process with me too, with no luck.

I am trying to connect it to an Acer laptop. Any help appreciated. Thanks

If not working it may be that the library IT team need to reset it at router level.
