I'm having huge problems with my speakers cutting out everytime I make a call or I receive one. I've done all the downloads and updates on my handset and made sure that my sound is up etc and nothing makes a difference. My 85 year old mum had a heart attack 3 weeks ago and I'm her primary carer it's essential I can be contacted at all times and I'm very worried that my phone is not reliable, the handset 7.5 months old !

@BevH1

Best thing to do is contact Samsung Support https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/contact/  as they will be able to sort out a repair or replacement,

I will add no one offers loan phones anymore, but there are high street locations that Samsung can send you to.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

@BevH1 Your phone is still under warranty, so I would agree with the advice from @madasaf1sh and contact Samsung asap. If the phone needs to be sent off for repair, ask a friend if you can borrow an old phone temporarily, if you don't have one yourself, and just put your current sim in as a stopgap until you get your phone back.

You @BevH1 can buy a backup mobile 'phone from the likes of Argos or Tesco for about £20.00. 👍
