Hi, I have found some texts are not being received on my O2 SIM. A friend on Lebara can receive my txt but is unable to get reply to me, and my work mobile (Truphone which uses O2 network) has the same problem i.e. it can receive my txt but the reply does not reach me. Note my partner on Tesco mobile which of course also uses the O2 network can receive and send texts to me, as can daughter and stepdaughter on O2. This has been the case for at least a week and I have rebooted the phone several times. As it only impacts some phones is there an issue with the network or my mobile number registration across some providers?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
