Inserted new SIM card into phone
Want to change direct debit details on account

As part of process on My O2 to manage customer details, security code is being sent to UK number which I can’t access

Payments can only be made from a UK bank account, so if you're trying to change to a foreign one, it won't work anyway.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0044 800 902 0217.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
