Hello. Been having problems ever since virgin. The network is so slow. In cv11 my speeds are appalling 4g and 5g and at work in b92 they’re even worse. But people next to me on Vodafone and EE are flying. Screen recorded like 5 different locations with my speed being between 0.02 - 4 mbps even when it’s saying 5G. Like I’m contracted but I can’t use my phone ever. I’ve had to use someone’s hot spot just to send this

I'm CV11 and 5g is working well here.

If you still have a virgin sim, pop into the O2 shop in town and get a free swap to an O2 sim.

This usually helps.
