Sim to Esim disaster

Upgraded to Esim, went to scan the QR code but my phone has no signal as my old sim has been disconnected already. Went onto "chat" but was told I need to download the 02 App - but I can't access anything because my old sim has been disconnected.  So now I have no service and no ability to install my Esim.

My advice is don't switch your primary sim to esim, as it causes so many issues, now and in then future. 

You need to be connected to WiFI to activate the eSim, and to get into the myo2 App.  

If you need to swap back to a physical sim (I would advise this) then pop into an o2 shop with Photo ID and they can sort it out for you

@JasonE Simplest way for you to resolve this is to call into an O2 store, if you have one nearby, and they will get your phone up and running. Be sure to bring photo identification with you.
