I ordered my pay monthly sim earlier this week, it was supposedly meant to be delivered next working day but it had just been processing instead. I filled out a pac form so I could keep my old number on the new sim (I was previously pay as you go) and now my signal has cut and I no longer can use data. I can’t call O2 to confirm anything and I can’t get through to anybody on the online customer service despite trying for some days, is there anything I can do to resolve this?

You are going to be better calling the Sales Team on 0800 081 0255 using another phone or Skype ( Guide: A Guide to Skype ) and they should be able to help.
If your old number has been cut off then you wont be able to port that number from your old number, as the number has to be active.
Best thing to do is call the sales team.
