Sim not calling nor receiving calls

New sim card not only sending messages and receiving. 

Can't receive voice calls nor make calls. 

It's a monthly package

Are you able to put the sim into another o2 or unlocked phone to see if it works in it? If not, sometimes just by removing the sim and reinserting it sorts it out. If none of the above advice helps, you could pop into a nearby o2 shop and ask them to help you, but please bring some form of picture ID ( passport or drivers license ) with you so that they can verify you/do a sim swap. Hope you get it sorted soon.

Had this problem too, its o2 and there network its absolutely shocking tbh best to change network providers or it will still keep happening
