Hi all,
I got a new sim contract with, I just put the simcard in the phone but it's not being recognised.
Do I have to activate it somehow?

Contract sims are already activated so make sure you are inserting it properly and that your phone is unlocked to use O2 network.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
