My phone has been stolen, I received new card but I dont know how to unlock. Didint receive any txt from O2 on this number ending 208

Did you report the phone as stolen? Guide: Lost or Stolen O2 Device? - How to Report it
O2 will have barred the phone and sim. You need to speak to O2 about your new sim
If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

You will need to call o2 on 0344 809 0202 to activate the new sim card, or If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
