I've upgraded my Android phone in which part of the deal is to return my old phone. However I didn't get an address where to send it. Please help. Also what info should I provide when I return it besides name, address and phone number? Many thanks

Resolved! Texts arriving late

My security code texts arrive late (unless they are from O2). Codes for NHS / Covid need to be put in within 5 minutes. These texts take 6 or more hours but O2s come within 30 seconds; how do I get these texts in time????

Resolved! Switching to Sim Only deal - keeping number

My sons phone is due for update but he just wants a sim only deal - Uswitch offer an O2 deal better than the one on My O2 - so if i order from Uswitch do i need to do the whole PAC thing or is there an easier way to do this?
