My phone was stolen on Sunday night. Monday i called o2 and they put a bar on my account. Then i went into store Monday lunch time to get a new Sim. They called customer services for me there to ask them to remove the bars, so that my new sim could activate.
It's now been two days and there is clearly still a bar on the account which is why my new sim won't activate. My phone was stolen 2 and a half years ago and this problem was the same, over a week until someone acknowledged that there was still a bar on the account. I can't call customer services because my sim isn't working!

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks
