I left O2 and went to Vodafone. My new Sim is working but so is my old O2 Sim, my iMessage and FaceTime won’t activate and it says in my settings that my number is unavailable for iMessage and FaceTime. I’ve done troubleshooting with Vodafone and Apple and no one can seem to help, my iMessage was working fine before the swap anyone had this before I know how to fix it please?

@Hollyleigh

Not sure what you've tried but the first steps I'd take.

1. Log out of your Apple ID.

2. Reset network settings.

3. Log in to your Apple ID.

4. Check for correct number in Settings >Phone >My Number.

5. Edit, save and reboot if incorrect.

6. Check for iMessage activation again.

7. Connect phone to iTunes to force a carrier file update.

8. Good luck.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
