My calls from the UK to Ontario, Canada (in the 416 area code) work
fine. My calls from the UK to British Columbia, Canada (in the 250 area
code) do not work. I have several friends in the 250 area code in Canada
and cannot reach them.
I am new to O2 and was expecting my old number to be moved over from Sky
to O2 but this is not happening and cannot get any help on line. Anyone
know what I should do ? ?
I am not sure why, but my service stopped working in Portugal (after
working foe a few days). I have data and minutes left, and my husband's
phone with identical paygo plan is working well. Can anyone help?
5G wont activate on my phone, I have changed APN, nothing, according to
O2 coverage I am sat under a 5G mast, I requestred a 5G ready sim, and
