I do not get 4g in my lounge or kitchen but if i go upstrairs i do .llive on a hill with a school at the back off the house (which is higher) and the mast is the other side of the school . Ur maps say i should get good reception which i have never had even with virgin

Consider using 4G Calling that at least will help with calls
