Hi. I’m struggling to get signal at home. It’s an old building with thick walls. Vodafone gave us a booster to install, which worked relatively well. Does O2 offer something similar?

o2 no longer provide Boosters to Consumers, they are only available to enterprise and business customers...

You can use Wifi Calling instead https://www.o2.co.uk/connectivity/wifi-and-4g-calling

iPhone 16 Pro Max - o2 and Spusu
Xperia 1V - Spusu

Vodafone phased out their Sure Signal boosters in 2021. EE finally closed their equivalent in June of this year.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
