There has now been a signal blackout for over a week with no clear indication of what is happening or when this is going to be resolved. This is shocking customer service and I teach branding & brand communications at Uni! I have had students in for their 1st week of Uni and returning students who have been unable to contact me, this is severely impacting my job as well as personal use.
What is happening please?

Thanks Enlli but I don't do Social Media unfortunately, I'll call them when I get access to a landline.

I am in Edinburgh and have had no issues have you tried your sim in a different phone? I would go to an O2 Store if I were you, your sim could be faulty
