Anyone know what the timeline is for everyone to be on the new system?
It says I am not eligible as “Volt benefits may have already been applied” or “Virgin Media is not available at my address”, neither are correct as I have had Virgin before, but don’t currently. Any ideas?
Does anyone know what the charges are? I gather it is is not counted as Turkey or Cyprus and I can’t see a separate entry for it.
How on earth do you get to live chat? I have clicked every possible route. I click "How to contact us" and it takes me to a page where I click Accounts and Billing, it then takes me to standard questions/answers, I click "still need help" at the bott...
