How on earth do you get to live chat? I have clicked every possible route.
I click "How to contact us" and it takes me to a page where I click Accounts and Billing, it then takes me to standard questions/answers, I click "still need help" at the bottom when I do that it takes me back to the screen where I have to click Accounts and Billing again and the circle restarts.

Hi @ari5t0tle405632 - if you prefer Chat on web instead of Social Media (links below), MyO2 support button at the bottom of the screen in the App sometimes offers WhatsApp Chat, or go to the O2 online store and browse, as a chat advisor becomes available, you will be prompted to talk to them.
