Solved: Set a date for new sim only contract to start?

Hi,

Is it possible to set a start date for a new sim-only contract to start on? Or does it start on the date of first payment no matter what?

The contract starts from the date you take out the contract.

The first payment usually comes out 14 days later.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
