I just tried to switch phones form a iPhone XR to a iPhone 13 and removed the sim from old phone, its bent and now wont go in new phone or old phone

You have 2 options
1. Take Photo ID and visit your local o2 store, and they can sort out a replacement sim. this is the quickest way
2. Call Customer services on 0344 809 0202 and they will post on out to you to arrive in 3-5 Working days

1.Go to an O2 store with photo ID and they will replace it there and then
2. Contact customer services to send out a replacement
