So I reported my phone as lost or possibly stolen at the weekend. I've received my replacement sim but it is still not working over 24 hours later. Do I need to wait longer or call customer services? The problem is every time I call O2 the wait is almost an hour.

You will have to persevere with o2 and get them to activate the sim card, there is nothing anyone on this community can do to expedite the issue.
