I sent my phone in to be repaired by 02 on the 29th September, nothing has happened on the repair tracker, is there anyone I can speak to about this? I cannot call anyone because I don't have a phone. Is there an online chat or an email where I can work out if my phone is being fixed because so far the last update was on the 2nd of October saying that the device is awaiting repair. Does it usually take this long? Cheers

You need to contact O2.
You can use Skype.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

Not really. Certainly not something reliable.
You'll need to borrow a phone if you can't use Skype, but if you can write on here you can download Skype to the same device.
The 0800 calls are free.
