Hi there,
I had my phone stolen so asked O2 to place a bar on the phone and SIM and send a replacement SIM.
I’ve received the new SIM, inserted it into a new phone and called O2 several times to remove the bar.
They say the bar has been removed from my account and can take 24 hours to apply but it’s already been a week+ with multiple calls to O2 but still unable to send and receive calls/texts and I can also still see the bar on MyO2 account.
I’ve seen many users posting in the forum having similar issues unable to have the bar removed calling O2 or popping in store, but resolved when PM’d by O2_Dave on several occasions. As he’s away, is there someone from O2 that can help in the forums?

I'm sorry, no-one here can help.
You have to persevere with O2. Try them on social media
