Every time I try and make a Relay UK call it says "call ended". I believe I would need my spend cap changing from £0. Why is this the case, Relay UK is meant to be free?

I have the Relay UK bolt on, but this has made no difference.

Relay UK say it's O2 that is at fault but when I talk to them on chat I get nowhere. Is it the case that you simply cannot use Relay UK with O2 and have to change provider to get the service I need?

Relay should work.

However, there have been cases where the system sees a chargable call, even when it isn't. I would increase the spend cap to £5 and see what happens.
