Hello my galaxy watch 4 classic has arrived but I am struggling to add it to my current data plan with O2. The watch is asking for code or QR but I have tried for 2 days to speak to someone at O2, but no luck.
Is they another way to get access to my plan with my watch?

You need to scan the eSim QR code to activate the data plan.
If you bought from O2 you should have been set up already, if you bought elsewhere, you need to go in to an O2 store to set up the data plan.
