I contracted the other day as I couldn't make calls to premium rate numbers. And I was told to wait 24 hours and it should work. I waited and it's still not working.
Every time I call it just instantly gets disconnected

Sounds like you do not have a Spend Cap on your account. Did they place one on when you called? They would have asked you the amount. You need to call again or

It’s only started the last week. Prior to this I had no problems. I asked about spend cap and they said I have no limit on my calls etc.

No one here can help as we are just customers like yourself.
You need to keep trying customer service.
You may have to pay a bill early if you have run up significant extra charges.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

I have rung them 4 times, they keep saying different things. Was hoping someone from o2 that were working the forums was available to help as they have helped with other issues previously. Thanks for your comment though.
