Hi,
I had an existing O2 pay as to go sim. I went to store today to update my bundle and they store gave me a new sim altogether and signed a 12 month contract.
I was just told that once I have a no network sign on old sim, I should replace the same with new sim. For half hour there will be no network however after sum would work normally.
Now I changed the sim an hour back but I still do not have network on my new sim.

Keep rebooting phone as it can take up to 24 hours to complete fully.
