I took an O2 contract out a month ago and provided an EE pac code straight away. It’s been a month now and O2 still haven’t ported my number. I find that nobody is any help, and just says there’s a technical issue and will be resolved within 5 working days. It’s been a month now. Awful service.

Hi yes we are the same. The customer service team can only raise a ticket but the team at the other end are not responding I am now 3 months in and no further on
