Hi, new to o2 and today was my porting day from giffgaff.
In a nutshell nothing has happened, giffgaff sim still works, o2 number is still on the number that went with the sim when it was supplied.
O2 sim was inserted into new phone Friday , email from o2 received saying porting was on the 25th today.
As above, nothing has happened, any help gratefully received

This is the thread from GiffGaff and they where delayed till 9pm tonight, so I would expect them to complete tomorrow..
However if it doesnt happen then contact GiffGaff tomorrow...

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (X) (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

I believe, reading another thread, that Giffgaff are reporting problems with porting
