Poor signal

I live in London and O2 signal is shocking, hardly ever any 5g, not always full 4g and 3G full signal seems to be the most common but can’t use anything with that. 
Does anyone else have this isssue?

More than likely, @Bigdog - but here is the things you can try to check it is not your location or equipment that is the problem:

You could check out https://www.o2.co.uk/connectivity/wifi-and-4g-calling to see if that helps you get back up and running.
