Hi. My post code is Sk177td, the reception is still very poor. I am paying for a service for which I am not receiving!!! Please address soonest, I have complained before, nothing is getting done with any urgency. If you don't at least compensate me for this poor service, I will have no choice but lodge a complaint with OFCOM, and consider changing provider. Disgusted with the service..

If a site has been vandalised, then the restoration time depends entirely the extent of the rebuild/rerig works required - and will likely require the same resource that's normally used for rollout of new sites & tech additions.
You have every right to feel disgruntled with the vandals, and I'm sure O2 feel the same way.
