i am currently with EE but would want to switch to O2. i got a pay as you go sim to test the signal and surprisingly the signal is practically non-existent at my residence, esp indoors. outdoors its still weak.

Signal strength -124 dBm 16 asu

However, the signal is much better at other places such as my work or the high street near my place. Poor reception at my residence is the only thing preventing me from switching over to Monthly plan for O2.

Is there any way to get this fixed?

Unless your phone is capable of wifi calling?

Unfortunately not available on PAYG

Personally, I would try PAYG sims for all networks including giffgaff

I certainly wouldn't enter into a long term contract where signal is poor at home

If EE is bad and O2 is bad you might struggle. Sounds like something blocking signal at home.

WiFi Calling is your answer and that is available on EE contract

Guide: Do you have poor coverage / signal Indoors? This may help Explain / resolve it

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
