For some time I have next to no mobile signal in my office based at M27 8WA.

This is extremely frustrating as I am missing extremely important business calls and calls from the doctors.

Can you please assist?

Do you have WiFi in your office? You could use WiFi Calling which means you won't miss those important calls

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
