Please HELP! Number not transferred correctly from EE

I transferred my number from EE to O2 over 2 weeks ago and since then I can’t receive calls or text messages from anyone outside of the O2 network. I’ve called O2 several times and get get stuck in a repeat conversation about settings, which doesn’t resolve the issue. I finally got the issue escalated to the tech team who said that some files hadn’t been transferred from EE but they’d get it sorted. That was last Thursday and it’s still not resolved. Phoned O2 again this morning, same conversation and now I need to wait another 48 hrs for someone from the tech team to call. I’m so so frustrated, can anyone help me get this sorted?!
