Contact O2 if you have insurance or if it is a warranty claim

This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

Is it damage? Then it would be insurance

If it is faulty then either the manufacturer or O2 repair

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Are you wanting to get your 'phone repaired or are you wanting to procure a replacement ?

If it is the latter, your local O2 retail store will be pleased to help you :-

Store locator | O2 UK | Find Your Nearest O2 Store

Always better to visit off-peak rather than on a busy Saturday afternoon !

If only @Newport would answer the previous replies we could stop guessing.
