A green dot at the bottom (or top) of your phone screen is a privacy indicator, meaning an app is actively using your phone's camera or microphone, which is normal during video calls or photos, but if it appears unexpectedly, swipe down from the top to see which app is using it and check your privacy settings to revoke permissions if needed.
