If you have checked the items in the guides shared above, @Tasha6, then a call to O2 is needed. As you have access to the forum, WiFi is working - contact O2 via Social Media, links below. It can take a while before your FB or Twitter msg gets picked up, but they do work. Phone numbers and other contact numbers in here if you have access to a phone or to Skype for the 0800 number: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support. Good luck

Why your phone shows a "No Service" message. If you're getting this message on your phone it means that your device cannot find a signal from your cellular carrier. This prevents you from making calls, sending texts, and other normal functions.

Also check if you are fully up to date with your bill payments, if a PAYM or Contract customer.

Hi, I have checked and it shows signal should be working fine in my area. I also have a new contract which I signed up to in August, and I made my first payment on 1st September
