If you have checked the items in the guides shared above, @Tasha6, then a call to O2 is needed. As you have access to the forum, WiFi is working - contact O2 via Social Media, links below. It can take a while before your FB or Twitter msg gets picked up, but they do work. Phone numbers and other contact numbers in here if you have access to a phone or to Skype for the 0800 number: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support. Good luck

Why your phone shows a "No Service" message. If you're getting this message on your phone it means that your device cannot find a signal from your cellular carrier. This prevents you from making calls, sending texts, and other normal functions.
Tips to check if your network is down here, @Tasha6 - Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone? And here - Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?
Also check if you are fully up to date with your bill payments, if a PAYM or Contract customer.

Hi, I have checked and it shows signal should be working fine in my area. I also have a new contract which I signed up to in August, and I made my first payment on 1st September
