New phone not holding charge for the whole day. Gets hot after a long phone call. Can’t find tne place to report it in support

Here’s more nonsense I received this morning just before that

They can only figure out the problem once they have a look. Once the team checks the phone, they'll sent you quote of the price and if you're happy with it, they'll proceed ahead with the repairs.”
🤣After nearly a month of telling tnem, the script tells them as I’ve had the phone over 30 days, that equals I have to pay for tne repair( as I’ve no insurance)
You have to laugh or you’d cry.
