Hi,
So I've just placed a claim with o2 insure and I chose the replacement option - there wasn't an option to select a specific phone...so does anyone know what the replacement is? Is it just an exact copy of the current phone you've got? I'd assume so, given you don't get to choose.

The terms and conditions (Ts & Cs) normally say a phone of similar specification @Jon-Jo - so that might be the same make/model but a different colour for instance.
It also depends on what phones they "have in stock".
