I have an on going issue, at some point o2 in the most of gracious ways has split my account into two, in doing so im paying for 2 contracts in 2 different accounts, neither under my name, i have lost access to everything im paying for and cant do anything with them.
I need a solution as this has been reported to them 6 months ago and still nothing has been done about it complaint after complaint.
What does it take to get this resolved, the person in charge of my account is nothing to do with me.
