I have a Samsung A3 (2016) mobile. Every time I switch it on it says I have new Voicemail and should dial 901. When I do so I don't have any new voicemails. Anyone else seen this? It's not a major problem but I can't help feeling there is a simple solution. I have spoken to O2 help line about this and tried a few suggestions but it's not yet fixed. Any help appreciated.

You need to call your phone from another phone and leave a voicemail

Then listen to it and delete it

That should clear the notification

Ah, that seemed to work. Brilliant. I'll check it again in the morning when I switch it back on. Can't believe it was so simple. (will forward to the O2 helpline....)
