Problems with O2

I have a few issues.

 

1) my voicemail doesn’t work and I can not play back my messages. Never had this problem on previous contract/handset

2) my 5g is terrible in most places. My partner is on a different network and always has 5g

3) I can’t login to the O2 app even though I’ve tried resetting details many times

5G is extremely patchy with O2. I'm on holiday in the south West. I'm more likely to see 5G on my EE SIM than my O2 one. 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

As far as your third question is concerned regarding the O2 app, you will appreciate that this is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we can offer advice but cannot access your account. 

 

I suggest that you try online at :-

 

https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/

 

You can also try deleting the app, rebooting your 'phone and then reinstalling the latest version of the app.
