I have a Samsung A3 (2016) mobile. Every time I switch it on it says I have new Voicemail and should dial 901. When I do so I don't have any new voicemails. Anyone else seen this? It's not a major problem but I can't help feeling there is a simple so...

How do I get a new E-Top up card? I'm not sure I've ever had one. I normally top up over the Web but I've given my old mobile to my wife. She is a 1G person and prefers to top up at our newsagents rather than any fancy Internet nonsense.

Ah, that seemed to work. Brilliant. I'll check it again in the morning when I switch it back on. Can't believe it was so simple. (will forward to the O2 helpline....)
