Please help I have noticed my bills being really high until it finally dropped that when my granddaughter plays her games and she buys extra tokens and it goes through so how do I stop paying for things all things with my phone please and thanks you

Just to add to @Bambino's good advice above, it sounds as if you need to contact O2 and ask for a Spend cap to be applied to her account Guide: Spend Caps & Charge to Mobile on O2 

Also a bar on charge to mobile CHARGE TO MOBILE  

This would effectively stop your granddaughter making any purchases for in app games.
