I submitted an application for a contract, 20.07. in the letter that came to me on email it was indicated that I would receive a response within 24 hours. when in an online chat I try to ask a question why I haven’t received an answer for more than three days, I am directed to an application where I cannot log in and I receive a notification that I have a problem with my account and I need to wait another 48 hours. When will I receive a response to my application? my phone number [removed]
